Tony from the park called and said he would like this completed now I said we would look to do it w/c 21/11 but would let him know on the friday before so he can not book the pod out.

Steve has gone out to the unit, he could not carry out the work, due to the swift engineer gluing the corner capping into place, he has also advised that we will require more canexel to carry out the repair, because it will get damaged when it is removed.
Requires 2x lengths of canexel ( he has then said he will need x6 to repair!)

steve has had a look and the cladding looks the correct colour, phoned site and spoke to Carol, advised the cladding looks the correct colour so we are sending two engineers down tomorrow to try and replace, she has advised the pod will have people staying in it and is hoping we will not distrupt their holiday, advised i will let the engineers aware

Ade has spoken to Darren and they are wandering if they can take the canexel off the office unit outside and swap it with the one down at the park, phoned steve, he has advised you can not take the panels off the s pod as they are stappled on and break when you try to take them off, he thinks the top workshop has some canexel but is not sure if it is the correct colour, he will either come back today or in the morning and have a look
Phoned Carol back, advised we have some canexel in stock but we are not sure if it is the correct colour, our engineer will check either today or tomorrow, if it is correct we can fit on friday, promised to give her a call tomorrow

Carol has advised Surf bay have agreed to this, advised i would look into this and call her back, spoke to Ade, she was not aware of this, phoned Craig, he has had a look at it this morning and he thinks someone has fitted a downpipe in the wrong place, so they have moved the downpipe and waxed in the holes, he does not think this will be covered under warranty,
