Mrs Walker called today as they had waited in the van all day for our engineer to arrive,
I have advised her that our engineer did arrive on site today, but had been turned away by the site.
She apologised to us, I said that If our engineer have been turned away would it not be best to post them to her.
When they come back we can send them to her address;

I have spoken to Mrs Walker and explained the situation and told her we will be back as soon as we have the head boards Mrs Walker would like to be there when we attend so we need to call her on 01736601345 to arrange an appointment.

I have spoken to Dan who advised that the head boards are still at factory and he will get them sent to me w/c 03-03-14 - Once we have them the engineers need to cut a wooden pelmet to fit - Keith says this pelmet will not be seen so it doesn't matter what wood is used.

The parts are now in and I have done a worksheet for us to attend when we are next in the area

I spoke to Dan who advised that the curtains are now in stock and they are just waiting for the pelmets from production, I should have them by the end of next week, then we will be going down to fit.

Mrs Walker called chasing this order I advised that ABI are still on holiday and I would send an e-mail chasing the curtains and would let her know as soon as Dans e-mails me back.

Dan has sent the re-vised quote for the curtains pelmet and headboard. I have now placed the parts on order.

The parts are marked up on the Cornwall rack, Darren does not want her to have the parts until she is off Boscrege.
