      I have received an email back from Eddie At Glen dimplex to say
      "Thanks for the product information
      I have ordered a cooker control know and burner cap to be delivered direct to you within the next 5 days
      Our service reference is cc-118255.
      Once the parts come in I can them pop them in the post to gary

      Gary has just called me to say that he thinks this is the van on their show ground so he will go and get me the information and photos so then I can see if I'm able to get these.

      Gary still has replied with the information, So I have sent him another e-mail today asking for the information so I can see if I can get any replacement knobs.

      We no longer use Glen Dimplex so ask all dealers to go direct for spares."
      So we will have to go direct to them.
      I have dropped Gary at the park an e-mail asking for the make/ model of the oven and how many knobs etc are missing so that we can them go to Glen dimplex to see if they can supply them for us.

      Swift have replied to say " We would advise you to go direct to Glen Dimplex".
      I have forwarded this e-mail to Rea as Swift as this van is new 2014 so I'm surprised that they have replied with this answer .
      Now waiting to hear back from her to see what she has to say.

      This was rejected under warranty so I have set this up as Good Will.
      I have had to submit a Parts enquiry into Swift as they don't show these parts on Swift.
