Worksheet returned - steve attended and said HDMI cable does not work because end is broken off the cable is fixed lenght and burried in the wall. I have fowarded this on to Atlas along with pictures Steve took.

Vanessa called and said this is rejected as she knows the van has been let since March and she knows they could never have let this unit if the TV was not working. I said Ok, I will check with the park if the issue is still there and after talking to Ade authorise a aerial engineer to go out and sort this one out and send us the invoice.

Work sheet has been returned Matt has looked and cannot complete this job as he dose not have all the parts. I have requested that he look at this for me and lets me know what I need to order. I have put the work sheet back in his try and he is going to look at this for me.

Steve has advised he is not sure what to do with this issue, the damage has been caused after the van left the factory. The back of the hdmi wire is in the TV and the other half is on the wire. I have asked whether he feels that an electrician could sort this out by cripping the end of the hdmi cable back on the wire. He thinks that this might be the best way forward with it.
I have spoken to Debbie, she is going to speak to Sandra about getting a local electrician to take a look at it

Sandra at Hele Valley has phoned to say that she had got a local electrician and has completed the issue. Sandra is going to be sending a copy of the invoice to us that we can reimburse the cost of this.
