      I have spoken to Craig the swift engineer and he has advised he is due to attend park on Thursday. He is going to call to confirm this on Wednesday as he has a rush job on with Andy and this he changed his weeks scheduling. I have update the van owner. and will call her back on Wednesday to update her.

      Swift have advised that this is the third owner of the unit, I have confirmed that this van has been a demo and this is the first owner of the unit, the van was pdi'd in 2014 and no claims were submitted on the unit until 2016 when the new owners purchased the unit

      This has been rejected by Swift because the van is out of warranty, we are still waiting for the site to send a proof of purchase to the end user so that we can update Swift and get these claims authorised. Awaiting response from the site
