I have e-mailed the park asking if they can tell me which sink plug and drawer runner is damaged.
Once I know I can then put all the parts for this van on order

I have sent an e-mail over to Katrina to get the cost of the parts as they park have today advise me that it the
plug in the kitchen sink and the runner on the top drawer under the wardrobe.
no waiting for a reply.
I have also e-mailed Adam at the park back to say that we will get the parts on order and when they come in send an engineer out

Park have e-mail to ask if the parts have come in yet. I have e-mailed Adam back to say that Atlas have to order the parts in and Im unable to give him a delivery day, as soon as I get any updates from Atlas I will let him know.
I have chased Katrina up by email today saying that Im still waiting for the prices from her, I have told her that we need these parts ASAP as they was rejected under warranty and we need to get the work done ASAP..

Katrina from Atlas has replied to say "Looking at the order system the ETA is 30/09/14 at the moment. However if they come in earlier we will get them out to you."

Adam at the park was chasing this up saying the the owner wants to know that Atlas will be doing the outstanding work.
I have e-mailed him back to say "Sorry your e-mails seem to be going into our Spam.
The following was rejected by Atlas, but we have ordered the parts as Good will.
1) The drawer runner in the main bedroom has been damaged (top drawer under the wardrobe)
2) Scratches to the cooker door
3) Kitchen Plug for the sink is missing
4) The net opposite the fire, above the settee, is too short
We are waiting for the parts to come in from Atlas, at the moment they have a provisional due date of 30.09.14.

I have emailed Vanessa re this parts, Katrina has just called so I have asked her when we might get these's part in?
She said that she is still unable to give me a date as she has t speak to Niven and then arrange for ECS to collect them.. I have said that I really need a date asap as the park are not happy.. I will just have to keep chasing atlas/ vanessa

Katrina has called me to say that ECS have collected the parts last thursday, so we should get these in this week, when they arrive we need to issue a worksheet to get our engineer out to resolve these issue.
Can we also let the park know that the parts are in so they are updated.

Tim phoned to find out how things are standing at the present time, I told him I would check the worksheets when we get them back from the engineer and give him a call back early next week

I have advise him that the parts are in and we are waiting to send our engineer out to fit the parts.
Spoken to ade and she has written this on her board for us to attend next week, I have advise Tim that it will be next week but I can tell him the day until friday when the scheduling is done.
I have put a note on the work sheet to say we need to call tim to say which day we are going .
