Worksheet returned and says "unwrapped lampshade and it is faulty, number of creases in shade unable to fit as this is worse that the one to be replaced." I will email Claire about this and ask her to speak to ABI as this issue has been going on since December 2015.

Worksheet has been returned and it is showing that the new shade has crease marks which show up when the light is on as well

Recieved email from customer advising they have not heard anything and would like an update as they are planning on using the van over christmas, phoned ABI and spoke to Sarah, she has advised she has been waiting for information from the park, she is hoping an engineer will be there next week providing they go out as it is a short week, emailed customer back
