added a comment - I didn't put the screen shots on this issue. This looks like the way we have to pay for parts after they come into us which is not something that I have ever done before. I have checked with Claire to find out if we have received the replacement table because there has never been a worksheet issued for this claim. According to Swift the part was dispatched on the 22/05/17 so not sure what has happened.
Claire is going to speak to Steve and see if we can polish up one that we have got and if not then speak to Swift to find out where the part has gone and if we need to order a new one.
