This is actually damage from water ingress from the radiator and should have been claimed under warranty

Matt attended this one (see PDF attached) and stated that this is the back board of seat where radiator is attached. It seems that at some point the bottom of this board has suffered water damage (leak from radiator possibly?) and has caused the chipboard to swell. Matt could not rectify and it requires a new back board. He think it will take 2 hours approx to do. I have emailed Char if she's happy for this to go ahead and order.
