          Emma from Atlas called (16:02) and said this is rejected due to us ordering the dishwasher elsewhere as this caravan didn't come with one.
          This was a retrofit so we need to contact Focal Point ourselves but we need the SN of the dishwasher.
          I called Jill (16:25) and left a vm.
          I have also changed from Atlas to good will even though we aren't fixing, hopefully focal point will.

          Jill called me back (16:30) and said she doesn't know the serial number because it's on the back of the dishwasher and they can't get to the back of it and they're scared to pull it out and make any damages. I said I will have to speak to colleague then.

          Customer called me and told me the SN of the dishwasher is SN170413740100055 and the model is WQP8-7712. I explained that we are going to have to go direct to supplier etc and she was fine with that. Just need to talking to the supplier and get back to her.
          Called Focal Point on 01202499330 (12:16) and spoke to Nathan and he looked everywhere and couldn't see the order acknowledgement no matter what info I gave him so he asked us to get the order confirmation. I spoke to Char and she emailed me the Arleigh order confirmation.
          I called Focal Point again (12:30) and spoke to another person who said Nathan was on lunch. I explained the situation and he said to email this to Joe and he would help and put on the email for him to call me back. His emailed is josephm@focalpointfires.co.uk.
          I have emailed him.

          I can see my email has been opened by Joseph but he hasn't contacted me back so I have called (16:28) and spoke to Jo and he said we need to log the claim onto Arleigh and then they will put through to Focal Point. I need to speak to Liza Wong on 02476 390134.
          I called Liza (16:32) and she said to get the exact fault and then she will put this through for us.
          Called the park (16:35) and spoke to Jill and she said all she knows is it's leaking from the back.
          I called Mrs Bunny (16:37) and she said she went in over the weekend and it wasn't bleeping at her like it normally does. Then she ran it on rapid wash with nothing in it and it worked, so she tried putting it on the programme it was stuck on last time and it has worked as well. Plus there is no leak that they can see. So we agreed to close this off as all seems fine and then she will let us know if something happens again.
