Atls have now come back to say "Unfortunately, the chairs used in the Lilac 4 are no longer available and there isn't an alternative for them as we don’t use the same supplier.
The ones in the new lilac 4 are from a different suppliers, so will be slightly different.
I will see if I can get the name of the supplier to see if I can order them directly from them.
We do have two swift chairs out the back so we would need to change all of them so i will also email Global to see how much they would charge us for an extra two.

Gwyn has called to advise the Atlas engineer has just arrived, he would like to be told when engineers are attending, advised we did not know, the atlas engineer has a chair with him, i told Gwyn Lorraine has been chasing this and Atlas has told us the chair has been discontinued, they did not have another one, have asked if he could check the chair as Lorraine has ordered some from another supplier
Gwyn called back to advise the engineer has the wrong chair with him, told Gwyn Lorraine has 4 on order, as soon as they arrive we will schedule an engineer to swap them over

I will label mine up and issue a worksheet for them to be delivered to the park and other chairs collected to bring back as spares for us.

Gwyn has called to say that these chair's are not off the same quality/ standard as the Atlas chairs. He said that they are very light/ not strong. when you sit on them you can feel the wood underneath etc.
Do you want me to order another set of chairs from Atlas I know they won't match and will be expensive but I don't think he wont to keep these?

Please confirm by return e-mail that they are happy to continue with the order.

They were put in your aftersales storage area & I spoke to Adrienne to advise where they were
