Matt called today to ask when we are going out to this one, I can see that parts are in and its awaiting scheduling.
I have advise him that even thou it was report in dec, swift are on shit down and we would wait till all of the parts are in before we send our engineer out.
He also said can you ask the engineer to take some kick strip down when they go, he said its the stuff they use on the second hand vans. ( not sure if you want a work sheet issue and just added on to one?
Can you let Matt know when we will be going
