This issue was emailed in by Rob at the park. This was not picked up on the PDI so I have advised we will attend as good will and try to remove the stain. Work sheet printed and filed. Screen shot attached

Ducan was unable to remove the stain on the sofa, he has advised that the park will ask the customer if they will be happy as it is.

I will submit this to Swift, but have had to submitted a PER as I cannot find the required part. Screen shot attached. I have put a not in my diary to look at this tomorrow.

The price of the whole sofa carcass is £690!! we will not be covering this as good will.

Darren has emailed back and advised to go ahead and order the sofa. He had a cost price from Duncan at Swift of £195.65. I have emailed Sarah to ask her if we can have the cushions as well as the price is just for the carcass. Screen shot of email attached.

The sofa has been delivered to the top work shop. I have requested that Matt bring it down to our work shop as I do not want it to disappear. Heather has taken the delivery note and will labelled the sofa and print a delivery note.

I have looked into the above and Sarah from Swift has confirmed that the L/H and R/H back rest where due for delivery separately to the sofa curcuss and sofa seatbace, as above. Steve has delivered the curcuss to site but did not unwrap the sofa as the park wanted it left wrapped so the customer can see that they have a brand new sofa. I have left a message with the site to ask if they can check to see if the bases are with the sofa carcuss.
