        Mike from Treworgans has emailed back to say that he could not see this damage when he went to the van and that one of our engineers went to the van the other day to replace the gutter bracket so he thinks it could be this.
        I have opened a new claim as he says the screws holding up the front fascia have gone rusty and have put this through to ABI to send some replacement screws

        I am afraid no-one has contacted us from Surf Bay or Treworgans until I received your email on 2nd March 2015. The ticket which was signed as received in good condition states clearly that any damage should be notified within 24 hours. Even if they had raised it within a couple of days or so then we may have been prepared to accept it however at 5 months after the event we are not prepared to now be held responsible for damage which may well not have anything to do with us. I don’t think that is unreasonable by any measure. I am sure Surf Bay would not entertain such a claim 5 months after the event!! It is a pity Treworgans didn’t raise it at the time or at least within a few days when we could have dealt with it if we were in deed responsible.

        Mayflower has emailed me the transport doc and the damage wasn't report on it, I have spoken to ade an we will have to just repair this.
        Once we get the photo from the park we can them email ECS to get a price for this.

        I am really sorry but I can’t find any reference to this stock no. Are you sure we delivered it?
        I have looked into this with Emma's help and we did arrange transport on the 28.09.14 from Beaulieu to park.

        I have called the park as this was rejected on abi -5440, Mike said the surf bay arranged transport, on paradox it shows park ??
        I have now emailed Mayflower to get the transport doc.
