Rejected by ABI - I have emailed ABI to say that they were not providing us with despatch dates of vans tehrefore we were unable to perform PDIs in timescales - I have asked that they honour this claim

I have spoken to Ade about this and Diane has said that she has a two week time limit on PDIs this was despatched in December so ABi are not going to honour it, I will transfer to goodwill and order the parts from Dan

Looking at Dan's quote it seems that he has only quoted for one set but I need two sets for both bedrooms - I have emailed him about this, have not ordered these yet

Dan has replied to me - quoting for 8 tie backs which is too many this time! I have sent him an email to say I need 4 tiebacks altogether (2 sets) one for the master and one for the twin - awaiting response.
