Mrs Wilkinson reported curtain missing but only noticed six weeks after she got the van. Adrienne remembers a van going out without this curtain which was borrowed for a difficult customer at Ladrum Park, therefore we will order this from swift and provide free of charge to Mr and Mrs Wilkinson.

Mrs Wilkinson called me back. I explained everything I have done so far, she is very happy we are dealing with all of the issues they reported to me yesterday.

Received email from Mrs Wilkinson saying she had sent off cushions to be fixed, thanked us for other jobs completed but curtain still hasn't arrived. Connect confirms delivery expected to customer w/c 06.07.15.
