Engineer attended but on unwrapping door sent to us we discovered ABI have sent us the wrong door as they have sent us a Silver door and it should be a white door. Email sent to Daniel asking if they could please send us a white door and collect the silver one.

Email received from Daniel says he has double checked spec. for van (s/n. 1721009) and the fridge supplied was Silver, not white and asked us to double check the serial number of the van. Called park and left message on answermachine asking them to confirm the serial number of the van with the dented fridge door as ABI say fridge put into 1721009 was Silver (not white)

As advised in previous comment, fridge was not supplied with van therefore no claim!!! ABI did not advise us of this so email sent to Daniel advising that as the fridge was not supplied by ABI, would they consider offering us a credit note if we return the fridge door to them.
