Email received from Rea that she will try to find part number but we may need to submit a parts enquiry. In the meantime, email sent back to her asking that she reconsider this claim as our engineers are of the opinion that whilst it was not in this condition on initial inspection, it can have only been caused by over tightening. Therefore we ask that you please reconsider this claim?

Email from Rea saying she is "happy to supply the part free of charge but I am unable to overturn the rejection." Called Rea and left message with Paul asking is she will send the part directly to me or if I need to order via Connect?

Spoken to Carol @ Westhayes she is happy for me to send a Window retainer/ catch down for the park to fit and I have said if they have any problems with this then I will send one of our engineers down to rectify
