Email received from Rea saying "I have asked our suppliers opinion on this issue and also I have discussed with our production manager, unfortunately they have both said the window would not have been fitted like this.The part number for the kitchen window is 1715974 and the price is £177.51 minus your 35% discount."

Work could not be completed on 04.06.15 but unable to locate original worksheet, so have issued a duplicate.
Max advised van is NOT let for the next two weeks and whilst he says not desperate he doesn't want wait until July / August to have it done, advised understood and we will advise him as soon as we have a date.

Max called chasing engineer. As per Ade advised we will definately attend to this on Tuesday 30.06.15.
