PDI could not be carried out as it was in two halves (Lilac Lodge) and had not been unpacked - I have re-issued worksheet with note for park to be called to check that the van is ready

I have informed Vanessa that this is going to have a late pdi, she has advised that we will need to remind her when we put the claim through and also if anything gets rejected.
