Park have still not send any photos over to me, so I'm will close this off and if they do come back then I will re submitted a new claim.

I have e-mailed Miriam back to say if she send photos over I'm more than happy to take it up with swift.
We need photos to take it further as I need to see if its in the glazed etc.

Park have come back to say Dont worry about the toilet, its a lot of hassle for a letting caravan, but Swift are being unreasonable expecting anyone to be able to give caravans a thorough check in that time, getting like Willerby now!
