I have spoken to Dan he doesn't think that they hold this in, so I have had to send an e-mail to him asking for the size of it and then I will ask Josh/ jane to order it from Carmel Glass, then we can go down and fit it...

Please read notes above ** I have issued the work sheet for the three outstanding issue and put notes on re the parts for our engineer.

Dan has advise me that the size of the mirror is 300 x 700,
I will forward this onto Josh so he or Jane can order from Carmel glass, when it comes in we will need to fit this.

Keith has confirmed that the mirror size needs to be 300 x700 - this needs to be fitted when it arrives from Camel glass, have not issued another worksheet as mirror has not arrived yet

Mr Smith has called to chase this mirror up, I have just spoken to Josh to see if they have received this yet, if not can he please chase this up.

Josh has just told me that the mirror has come in but its been use on another job, I have asked if he can get another one re-ordered ASAP.

I have spoken to Ade about this and she has listened to my calls with Mr Smith he has not reported Flashing lights to myself. I have called him back on 07796670563 to discuss the issues raised with Mo today.
I need to know what is still out standing re the chairs are ABI have the seat paid as completed and rough chairs. I also need to know what he means by Flashing lights- which lights are flashing is it when the lights are switch on- all the time etc.

Mirror- quilt cover- Cap on screw in, he said that our engineers have been out a couple of time with the wrong screw cap colour and he wants it sorting out.
He stated that the other issue have been done, so I will close these off and re issue a work sheet for the outstanding issue and ask Maureen to speak to Ade re the quilt cover as he said that this has been agree that we would supply a new one.. If so then we will need to put this on order
