This appears to be the wooden plinth at the bottom of the sofa.

The original pdi was carried out by Keith and this issue was not noted on it. Tim has advised that ABI will not accept this as warranty. I have questioned if it was not picked up on PDI whether this is actually something that might have happened at a later date. Tim has said this is quite possible, however, Ian at kennford is adamant that it has been missed

Ade has asked me to chase this with Diane as she is due to go to the park this morning, spoke to Diane, she can not find an order for this, has asked if i could send the email Ade sent over to her and she will see what she can do

spoke to Dan, this is being made in house, he has spoken to the production manager, hopefully will be made next week, will be no longer then 2 weeks

We make this in-house and this is showing on our system as not in ready however, I do know our warehouse have a lot of parts to book in as my colleague who usually does this is on Holiday, so it could be waiting to be booked in.
As soon as this has arrived and has been booked in your orders will be despatched
