Hello Jonathan,
Ref our telephone conversation on Wednesday can you kindly let me know when someone will be able to do the grouting on the hallway and utility room floor please. The customers are gradually moving in now and are anxious to see this done as soon as possible.
We have carried out a pre-occupation inspection yesterday and will forward details of our findings from our aftersales department with accompanying photographs. The customers will also let me know if they find anything. Can you let us know who we should contact at the factory about aftersales please.
