      I have phoned Laura at Bridport to check whether Mr and Mrs Sinfield had phoned Linda with an update following the engineers visit at the weekend. Laura will get Linda to give me a call back, before I ring the customer to find out how the visit went.

      Linda advised that the customer had noticed the problems with the beams, and really angry about it, however these are issues that we had already picked up on reported to Prestige.

      Linda advised that she had spoken with the customer and he is fine now, on Sunday the Production Manger Bill (from Prestige ) arrived to grout the tiles and when Mike started to tell him about the problems with the beams, he already knew about and had noticed it in production and thought it had been sorted. He has advised that he requires a whole new beam and he will be back in about two weeks to carry out all the repairs.

      Linda advised that I do not need to ring the customer because he is fine now that he spoken to Prestige - no further action at this time

      I had a message from Karen to ring the customer because he phoned Bridport at the weekend and was really angry. There was no note advising what he was cross about so I will ring Bridport and get more info before ringing the customer
