Received a telephone call from customer to say that she has tried to use her microwave and there is no power going to it.
She says that there is a plug socket in the cupboard above and there is nothing plugged into it.
I suggested she used the fuse switch on the opposite wall and turned that on however she said she has tried this
Wants someone out to look at it as soon as possible as she uses the microwave very regularly - will speak to Adrienne
