          Chris Nichols advised: Squeak in floor by patio doors is pretty bad, I know you suggested waiting for the unit to settle but if they are likely to go back to look at the above they may want to do that at the same time and hopefully avoid two visits - Completed, there were bolts loose on main floor joists, factory fitted. Hopefully no squeak, fixed.
