I have spoken to Gavin and advised that we will get Steve out to this ASAP, he advised that he has passed this over to Charleen.

Sue from the park called to say she was expecting Steve on Monday but he never turned up? I have spoken to Steve to ask him but he said he did have a worksheet but didn't get time to do it. I let Sue know that I will talk to Adrienne about getting it re-scheduled and let her know on Thursday.

Sue has phoned regarding this issue she has said that Matt said that he has done the best that he can but the actual hinge was broken so couldn't complete. Sue has said that she would pay for the hinge is necessary if we could go out and do the adjustment. I said that I would need to double check with Charleen and Adrienne to see if they are happy to do this. Sue has asked to give her an update via an email to let her know what will be happening.

I have tried to order these through the web portal, but Willerby won't let us proceed. They will need to be ordered elsewhere

I've had nothing to do with issue it was Ade/ Claire looking into this it should of been loaded on a pre-owed - 731 as per the worksheet it was never a quote . their is not quotes attached to jira ?
I will change this to pre owned and then close this issue off.
