Keith has been out to this, sink didn't fit so they will now get their own one and fit this, in exchange we have said that we would supply some vinyl which they will fit 1.6 x 1.6 m wood block beech or light oak.

checked the stores, there is a basin on the floor near the engineers desk with Lorraines worksheets sat on top of it, not sure if this is for Mrs Glencross, advised if its the one Keith has found he will bring it with him next week

I have called Mrs Glencroft to update her that Keith is on holiday and we have not heard back from him, I have again issued another work sheet which I will put in Keith tray asking if he has sourced another sink for her as the crack is moving and needs sorting out ASAP.

I have called Mrs Glencross Mobile and left a message to say that we are still trying to source a sink for this work, its is proving difficult but we will find something that is a best a match as we can. Once we have it we will of course update her.
I have advise her that we now have the parts in for the grill repair, once we have a date when our engineer is attending we will let her know.

I have looked on the internet / Arleigh and cant see anything for this sink size. I will issue a work sheet for Keith to have a look at the top to see what he can locate to resolve this issue.

Mrs Glencross has called to say she is travelling down on Tue 14th April, so either wed 15th April or Thur 16th April or frid 17th April is ok with her.

Spoke to Mrs Glencross - She confirmed w/c 13.04.15 will be good as they are planning to come down to site that week. She will call a few days before to confirm date we will be visiting.

Found the paperwork for this issue and spoke to Adam about a replacement basin. He says the one required is either the K261 or the K294 but to order both and put the one not required into stock
