Christine Glencross called to ask if possible to change engineer visit to the following Friday - advised can cancel scheduled visit but may have to wait 2-3 weeks for a new date. She said she keep as is then.

Ade has advised me that we would like to send an engineer out this coming Friday 10.07.15.
I have called the home no no reply just rings, called the mobile no and left a message asking Mrs Glencross if we could come on Friday and if she can call me back to confirm.

I presume that this has gone to the top workshop, I will issue a work sheet for us to fit this new cooker

I have made Emma aware of this and will charge the cost to the stock no and orderm has now been placed for a new cooker.
When this comes in we can send our engineer out ot fit this.

I know we only give 3 months it was report to Maureen who was advise we couldn’t get into the van until it re-opened for the new season.
Hence us sending Keith out to the van April/ May to try and fix it with parts.

Keith has come back on the worksheet to say that he is unable to repair this cooker and that it will need a new one .
he has been out on a number of occasion, I have emailed Emma to see if she is happy for us to purchase a new cooker from Arleigh code N38 /sb cost £462.47.

I have called Mrs Glencross Mobile and left a message to say that we are still trying to source a sink for this work, its is proving difficult but we will find something that is a best a match as we can. Once we have it we will of course update her.
I have advise her that we now have the parts in for the grill repair, once we have a date when our engineer is attending we will let her know.

Spoken to Keith and he has advise me that he needs 2 thermocouple and one grill tap, I have put these on the shelf and left the other thermocouple in Keith tray for the engineers to use.

spoken to Shirley at Arleigh as nsc308 don't come up on the system, they are now obsolete but they do show that they have two left in stock. Placed order on the phone with Shirley today.
Given the stock to Keith when it comes in.

Mrs Glencross has called to say she is travelling down on Tue 14th April, so either wed 15th April or Thur 16th April or frid 17th April is ok with her.

Spoke to Mrs Glencross - She confirmed w/c 13.04.15 will be good as they are planning to come down to site that week. She will call a few days before to confirm date we will be visiting.
