Tried to call Mrs Glencross on mobile, got through but dreadful reception and call cut off. Tried again and went to voicemail. Left message advising engineer can visit week commencing 13.04.15 and to please call me back to confirm if this will OK and to access arrangements.

Mrs Glencross called back and gave landline number to contact her on in future as mobile reception very poor. She confirmed w/c 13.04.15 will be good as they are planning to come down to site that week. She will call a few days before to confirm date we will be visiting.

Mrs Glencross has called to say she is travelling down on Tue 14th April, so either wed 15th April or Thur 16th April or frid 17th April is ok with her.
