Emma emailed me asking for an update, emailed Katrina, she has never recieved the order, advised we need the trims to cover the join, Katrina phoned me as she has no idea what we mean, spoke to Emma, she has advised the same, we need the wallboard board trims which cover the join.
Phoned Katrina back, she will have to speak to technical as she has not had to order these before,

Phoned Katrina back, she will have to speak to technical as she has not had to order these before,
recieved replacement trims from Atlas, Emma has advised she would like us to keep hold of them as the customer has not mentioned this yet
