          I have spoken to Dan who is going to requote for the curtains pelmet and headboard, once I have received this (today) I will sned the order over to him for delivery asap.

          Darren has advised that he has spoken with the site and they have confirmed that we should go ahead and order the curtains. I have forwarded the message to Linda and asked her to order these as a priority and ring the customer back

          Received a phone call from Mrs Walker, she advised that she phoned last week and is still waiting for a response regarding her curtains, she has now been waiting for 12 months for them. Mrs Walker advised that she had been expecting a phone call from Darren. I have taken her number and advised that we will give her a call back 01736 601345

          Mrs Walker called wanting to know what is happening with her curtains, she has not heard from Linda for a while, advised Linda was on holiday but i would speak to Darren and give her a call back.
          Spoke to Darren, he does not think the park want him to do anything to help this customer, he will email the park to get a response from them in writing and will let me know.
          Called Mrs Walker back.

          I have the quote but Darren has said that the park don't want us to do anything as the customer could be leaving the park. Darren will let me know if or when he wants me to do order in the future.
