Swift attended and changed one door but could not see the damage on the other door. The customer is not happy and wants the second door changed, I have asked Linda Amor to contact the customer and aske for a photo.

Laura at Swift advises: our engineer could only find a fault on one door and job sheet was signed off by Rob Towsend. I have informed Linda of this, she is in the middle of dealing with this.

I have just phoned the site and spoken to Rob, I asked him to supply a photo of the door, I have logged this with Swift and advised that I am waiting for a photo.

Rob phoned he is unable to get a photo but has said that if they send the door he will fit it.

Laura sent an e-mail saying again saying that Wez went out and could find nothing wrong with the other door - I have asked Rob again if he could get a photo and he is going to get one tomorrow and E-mail it to Lorraine on Monday, she will then attache it to the claim.

Linda Amor has e-mailed me asking me to order the door and get it sent to the site and charge the van.
The original repair was completed by Swift so I don't know what door is now needed I have asked Donna to give me the part number for the door that Wez took with him but did not change.

I spoke to Helen and she advised that the door Wez replaced was 1712741 so I need to order another one of these as they are not L/H or R/H.

We received an e-mail from Linda Amor saying that she had had an ear basing from Andrew, I checked the swift system and the door is due into them on 15-07-13, I requested when I ordered the door that it was shipped direct to the site so they should received the door some time after the 15-07-13. I called the site to speak to Andrew but he was not available so I left a message with a lady advising that the door is on order and it should be with them by the end of the month at the latest.

I have received a call from Andrew Towsend he is not at all happy as he has received the wrong door he has 715 x 550 and it should be 715 x 450, I have e-mailed Rea advising this and have asked that they get a door sent out to the customer as he is very angry that this was not dealt with when the engineer attended in the first place - I am waiting for a response from Rea I know she is back in Thursday 15th.
