Swift attended and changed one door but could not see the damage on the other door. The customer is not happy and wants the second door changed, I have asked Linda Amor to contact the customer and aske for a photo.

We received an e-mail from Linda Amor saying that she had had an ear basing from Andrew, I checked the swift system and the door is due into them on 15-07-13, I requested when I ordered the door that it was shipped direct to the site so they should received the door some time after the 15-07-13. I called the site to speak to Andrew but he was not available so I left a message with a lady advising that the door is on order and it should be with them by the end of the month at the latest.

The part was supposed to go direct to site but as usual it has been sent here, I will send it to the site. I have called site and advised that they will be receiving it over the next couple of days.

I have received a call from Andrew Towsend he is not at all happy as he has received the wrong door he has 715 x 550 and it should be 715 x 450, I have e-mailed Rea advising this and have asked that they get a door sent out to the customer as he is very angry that this was not dealt with when the engineer attended in the first place - I am waiting for a response from Rea I know she is back in Thursday 15th.
