The swift driver had this on his lorry to deliver w/c 16-09-13.

I have received an e-mail from Rea ( attached) apologizing for the delay in replying, she has said that she would order the door and send it F-O-C to the park address.
I have called the park and spoken to Andrew Townsend, he is happy that he is getting a new door but not happy with swift and he still feels that as the engineer was there on site with the door in the first place they should have changed the door and avoided the the further problems and annoyance to himself and the customer.

I have received a call from Andrew Towsend he is not at all happy as he has received the wrong door he has 715 x 550 and it should be 715 x 450, I have e-mailed Rea advising this and have asked that they get a door sent out to the customer as he is very angry that this was not dealt with when the engineer attended in the first place - I am waiting for a response from Rea I know she is back in Thursday 15th
