        I have e-mailed Diane at ABI to see if Tim has sorted this two issue out- missing stool and grill pan handle..
        I'm waiting to hear back from Diane now.

        Matt has just me about these stool, I have told Matt as per his e-mail he told me that Tim at ABI was sorting these out with factory... So as far as I'm aware this would mean that Tim is ordering them not me.
        Matt is going to call Tim to see what hes done.

        I have just had the site owner on the phone " very rude to me re these issue" He said he wants these put in the new van that he has ordered..
        I've explained that it doesn't work like that, the stool are made by an outside company and they will then send the stools to the site, so I can just tell ABI to put the stool in the van that is being made...
        He then said that he is just trying to save them money.

        There shouldn't be any charge for these items as Matt has arranged with Tim at ABI to sort this missing items out.

        This issue was rejected by ABI warranty, I then e-mailed Matt who in turn contacted Tim at ABI.
        He has e-mailed Matt to say that he has asked factory to over ride this.
        I e-mailed Matt back asking if that mean that Tim is now going to order the missing items and he said yes..
