Carol rang and advised that she needs something sorting with the boiler immediately, I have explained that I am trying to contact our engineer who is Penzance, to find out exactly what the problem is with the boiler. We will then make arrangements to come back out and sort it

I have spoken to MORCO who have confirmed that the boiler only has a one year warranty but if we get the engineer back to the caravan and ring them from the unit, they will help identify what the issue is and advise how to rectify the problem

I have rung Keith and advised that he needs to call into Carol Digby tomorrow lunchtime to ring morco to try and sort out what the problem is with MORCO technical department

carol also advised that the patio doors were leaking since the Swift engineer tampered with them and that she had found a large blob of sealant on the ground which she thinks may have come off the unit. I have asked Keith to look at this and see what he can do

Keith has rung MORCO again today, they have suggested that perhaps it is a problem with her gas supply.

keith has advised that he still cannot sort out the boiler and is at a loss as to the cause. I have spoken to Nigel and we have agreed that we will ask Giles Eaton to go out and try and sort the issue out.
I have spoken to Linda and she said that she would give Carol Digby and Giles a call to arrange it

Giles said he needs to talk to Keith, we asked Keith to ring Giles yesterday but he could not get hold of him, I have rung Keith and asked him to try again today awaiting update

Giles and Keith think that the hydraulic assembly fitted last week is faulty so Keith will take another one over there, he will also use his flow meter to check that and report back to MORCO

Mrs Digby rang this morning to advise she now has no water at all, spoke to Keith who advised that he had checked the flow rate with MORCO and they advised that the flow rate was to high, (too high water pressure) Keith had therefore reduced the amount that the tap under the van was open. We discussed with Steve and think that perhaps the problem is a fluctuating water supply. We have therefore decided that Keith should go back and fit a pressure reducing valve and hopefully this will sort out the problem
