Mrs Whatty called to say there is a leak in the lounge above the fire she said it is to the right of the fire and has caused the cupboard to swell she said that the customer picked up their mobile phone and it was wet and also a pack of cards were also wet - I am sending Steve out to get a full report but I think it could a flue issue again.

There is water ingress because fire has been changed to electric and tranposrt cap has been left on which is not water proof.

Swift have replied to this warranty claim to say that as this van was sold 04.05.12 the warranty on this van expired 05.05.2013 and this will not be authroised.
I have put this on reject on jira and will e-mail ade to see what she wants to do now.

We will need to replace the roof panel on this holiday home. Cannot leave it like this. I will issue a worksheet for Steve to attend ( will check the store to see if we have any pantiles left in stock)

I have spoken to Lisa, she has advised that if we let her know what parts are required, she will try and get her engineer to sort this whilst at the holiday home w/c 2/11/13

I have spoken with Steve and he has now advised that the fire has been changed by the site and they did not change the roof. I have decided to go ahead and change the roof pantile as a gesture of good will however, we will not make any internal repairs. I have updated Darren and I will update Lisa.
