This was originally reported as Breeze coming in through patio door, however Emma has e-mailed me to say that the doors are now letting in water.

I have spoken to Mr Guenigault and arranged for an engineer to attend on Wednesday 19th the customer can only do AM and has asked that the engineer attend no earlier than 10.30am but is must be AM.
