        The customer has sent an e-mail complaining that no communication was made regarding the appointment that we did not turn up to yesterday, I have spoken to Maureen who confirmed that she did actually ring the customer at about 9.30 yesterday to advise that the weather was not suitable.

        I have responded to the e-mail and asked if we could re-attend next Tuesday and await a response

        Phoned this morning to advise that the weather is too windy for this job, so if weather eases the engineer will call in later in the day

        Phoned to check that Thursday 9.10.14 is convenient for us to replace the glass in his doors, weather permitting, got no answer so I have left a message on his answer phone asking for a call-back
