Steve has advised that although the paito door does not show the bevil in the glass it is bevilled and that is why he will not accept plain. I have told Emma and she will speak to the owner and let me know how to proceed

If we get the glass back here for him to come and collect he can have a look at re-building the unit, he has quoted very approximate prices of £100 for the main door glass and £150 for the front door glass.
When the glass is back here can you call him on 01837 83188 to let him know it’s here.
It will take about 5 days to come back.

I have re-issued a worksheet for the glass to be replaced as Steve & Keith did not get around to this when they visited the van on 04.08.14 - the customer needs to be called for an appointment to be made (included this info on worksheet)

The customer has sent an e-mail complaining that no communication was made regarding the appointment that we did not turn up to yesterday, I have spoken to Maureen who confirmed that she did actually ring the customer at about 9.30 yesterday to advise that the weather was not suitable.
I have responded to the e-mail and asked if we could re-attend next Tuesday and await a response
