Keith and Steve will be visiting on Friday 7th Pm to replace wallboards and refit the door (they will re-assess the ceiling boards and report back)

Chased Darren for the glass, he thinks it might be in stock, and will send the invoice across so I can check the sizes

Dave has advised that he does not want to accept plain glass in the door, he wants etched glass and if we cannot do this he expects the other windows to be replaced to match.
I have spoken to Darren he does not want to go down the route with Anglian which will be really expensive, he thinks that I need to make Emma aware and for her to offer a deal to the customer.

Steve has advised that although the paito door photo looks like plain glass it isn't and the whole of the unit is bevilled. I have updated Emma and await to find out how to procceed

David has come back and confirmed that all the windows are etched, I have apologised for the error, and confirmed that we will come out and do the remainder of the work and Emma is organising for the window doctor to attend.

David has advised that he is really happy with the work that has been carried out by the engineers, unfortunately, in the heavy rain we experienced last night, the wallboard by the door is showing signs of water already.
I have advised that we cannot seal anything whilst it is raining, and I have asked him to advise which days next week he is available
