I have e-mailed Mrs Jackson asking for more information regarding the copy invoice that she requires, I cannot find anything on SAGE relating to her. I am not aware of customer care invoicing her for any repairs or chargeable items. I await her response

Worksheet states that jobs have been done, in work done Steve has put a note in to say Lounge wallpaper (job for Keith) yellow wide striped.
I think that want he is asking is for Keith to go back and do this work.
I can see from the above notes that Adam thinks that there is more damaged to be done?
So I will pass this to Mo to speak to deal with on Friday when Ade is back.

Both skylights have been re-sealed and the toilet wall has been rewallboarded and finished.

spoke to Mrs Jackson and advised we will be attending next week to carry out the wallboard repairs, she needs to be advised which day as the wardens wife is in hospital, she is concerned about the new window fitted as it does not look like it has been sealed correctly, spoke to Steve, he advised Dougie organised this, he looked at the window last week and thought they made a good job, it will look different as it has been fitted on black foam rubber and not mastic.

Resealed the full gutter on both sides of the van, facias and windows in both bathrooms, the customer has told Maureen that she doesn't mind if the boards do not match,

Steve has advised that he has spent the day resealing the holiday home, he thought that at the moment it was still leaking, he has advised by the end of today that he will have cured all the leaks. Steve has advised that he won't have time to carry out the re-boarding and we will have to make another trip for this.

Ade has cream plain wallboards in stock, if Mrs Jackson is happy with this we can attend next week, called Mrs Jackson back, she is happy with this, advised i would ring her on friday to advise what day we will be attending

Mrs Jackson called wanting to speak to Ade, advised she was in a meeting, she has a damp issue in the van and is desperate for the work to be carried out, advised we have had an issue with trying to source replacement wall paper, she is willing to compromise and will have plain wallpaper if it means the job will be completed sooner, the toilet she is happy to have plain, the bathroom she does not think needs any paper, the little bedroom seems to have a damp issue as the bed near the window is soaked, she would like us to have a look at the window, the lounge she is happy to have plain, will speak to Ade and will call her back

Large stripe wallpaper approx 6 wallboards worth. Do lounge and bedroom. Maybe bathroom totally different. Take out bathroom window and remove gutter shields to investigate gutters with Dougie
