          Steve has spoken to the customer and rung Simon to advise that this unit has natural gas appliances and needs a new oven and water heater. Simon has confirmed that he is organising it. I have e-mailed Emma to let her know that our engineers are fully booked for at least three weeks so will be unable to fit the appliances for her

          Emma has asked if we can send an engineer at the weekend and pay over time, I have asked the question and Steve has agreed to go on Sunday morning (I have told Emma that he is going out in the afternoon)

          Emma has contacted the customer who has agreed that Sunday is fine, she has also asked that Steve carries out a gas safety check whilst at the van
