          Keith has gone out to this previously and said that it appears to be working properly, however, the customer is worried that the flame is burning too yellow and that the blown air system is too loud.

          I have shown Steve the video and he thinks that there might be dirt in the system and that the flame looks too yellow. I will ask Keith to re-attend
