I have spoken to Mrs Miller, she has advised that Gavin had promised her that I would give her a call, which I was not aware of. The panel damage on the side of the unit needs to be sorted, Gavin has told her that she cannot have new panel, however, we will send an engineer to try and tease out the dent as best we can and then touch in the scratches. Gavin has told her that we have touch up paint on order for this unit. ( I cannot find a record of this)
Mrs Miller needs this carried out next week, because she wants to know it is done before she closes her unit for the season
I have advised that I will give her a call with the visit date tomorrow
