Mrs Wickett phoned in, the boiler is now cutting out so they do not have heating or hot water, as we have no engineers I have advised her to get an engineer in and sent the invoice to us

Phoned Mrs Wickett on land-line and asked for the serial number of the boiler, she will phone again with the number either this afternoon or tomorrow morning

Tried phoning Mr Wickett to confirm this work had been completed 13.11.14, but no answer again, so I have left another message on his phone
