Mr Smetherham phoned he said that he has been waiting since December for his grill to be repaired, it needed a new thermocouple, he was not sure who had been dealing with the issue but he was very unhappy with the length of time that it had taken to resolve. I advised that I would look into this and give him a call back

I have spoken to Maureen who has advised that the thermocouple has come into to stock today. Maureen is going to ring the customer and confirm that we will attend on Monday, she will then issue a worksheet

Keith has called to advise he has been to this van today but the wrong thermocouple has been sent, he needs one for a cocina, he can go back on Friday if we can get the parts in time
