Swift have emailed to say
Can you help me with a query please? I can see you have ordered a sofa carcass complete (B3437WJ) and you have ordered B3438WJ - Sofabed Seatbases (Chamonix) and B3439WJ - Sofabed Backrests (Chamonix). I have been informed by our design team that this is only 1 of each. Can you advise if you require 3 of the backrests and 3 of the seatbases please?
Our design team are currently amending the description as this is misleading.

I can see you have ordered a sofa carcass complete (B3437WJ) and you have ordered B3438WJ - Sofabed Seatbases (Chamonix) and B3439WJ - Sofabed Backrests (Chamonix). I have been informed by our design team that this is only 1 of each. Can you advise if you require 3 of the backrests and 3 of the seatbases please?
Our design team are currently amending the description as this is misleading.

Sorry for the delay I have been waiting information from design team here at Swift. They have confirmed that this is only 1 seatbase and not seatbases. Would you like me to change to 3 on your order of the seatbases and backrests? Please note that the cost is still correct for 1 seatbase so this will increase the cost of the order?

I have replied to him to say we need a completed 3 seater sofa so whatever the amount cost is then please order it ASAP and the we need this, and can he give a delivery date for this ..

Our supplier have advised that this will be despatched no later than 24/03. I will continue to press for an improved delivery.
